GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
These General Booking Conditions (hereinafter General Conditions) will regulate the commercial relationship that arises between AUTNA SL and the user or client for the contract made through the forms that AUTNA SL makes available at https://www.autna.com.
Booking through the AUTNA SL websites will imply the express acceptance, by the client or user of the pages, of these conditions, as well as the conditions of use established for the user’s navigation through the pages owned by AUTNA SL.
These conditions will apply without prejudice to the application of the legal regulations on the matter that are applicable in each case.
The General Terms and Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between AUTNA SL and the user or client, in accordance with the legal provisions, in particular, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Terms and Conditions, Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the current and applicable regulations on the Protection of Personal Data, the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
AUTNA SL reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Terms and Conditions. These modifications may be made through its websites, by any means admissible by law and will be binding during the time they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. However, AUTNA SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Contract Conditions with preference to these General Conditions when it considers it appropriate, announcing them in a timely and appropriate manner.
Information prior to booking
AUTNA SL informs that the booking procedure through its websites is detailed in the corresponding section for formalizing the reservation.
Likewise, AUTNA SL informs that the user can access the conditions of use available on the same website.
By booking with AUTNA SL through its website, the user or client expressly declares that he or she knows, understands and accepts these conditions of use and the General Conditions. Likewise, the user declares to be of legal age and to have the legal capacity and the necessary capacity to access the AUTNA SL websites and to contract through them. The user is responsible for treating the identity and password obtained during registration as a client confidentially and responsibly, and may not transfer them to another person.
Once the reservation has been made, the user will see the confirmation of their reservation on screen, and may print this as proof of the reservation made.
The confirmation of the reservation and the proof of the reservation (printout made by the user) will not be valid as an invoice.
LUGGAGE
The traveller has the right to transport up to 25 kg of luggage free of charge. If it is checked in, the company will provide the corresponding receipt.
In the event of loss or damage to the transported luggage, it will be essential to make a claim upon arrival, showing the ticket and the check-in receipt, if applicable. The carrier’s liability will be limited to the maximum amount established by transport regulations. The carrier will not be liable for damage, loss or breakdowns suffered by hand luggage or other objects not entrusted to its custody.
The transport of bicycles, surfboards and any item not expressly considered luggage will incur an additional charge of 5 euros on the ticket price. Due to limited space available, a total of 4 units per car (one per ticket) are allowed. These items must be in a condition to travel without causing damage to other luggage or packages, and it is mandatory that they be packed in some type of box or bag prepared for transport.
SUPPLEMENT FOR PURCHASE OF OPEN TICKETS
All open tickets will have a supplement of 3 euros at the time of purchase. The open ticket will be valid for a maximum of 1 month from the date of service.
SUPPLEMENT FOR NIGHT RATE AND SPECIAL SERVICES
These services may have an additional maximum supplement of 6 euros.
HOW THE RESERVATION WORKS
Reservation Offer and Price Reference
In compliance with current regulations, particularly Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, AUTNA SL provides detailed information on all possible reservations, their features, and prices in the relevant section for booking formalization. Nonetheless, AUTNA SL reserves the right to withdraw, replace, or modify the offers available to customers via its website, simply by changing the content of the site. Thus, the products and/or services offered at any given time on the AUTNA SL website will be governed by the General Conditions in effect at that time. Additionally, the company reserves the right to discontinue, without prior notice and at any time, access to the products and/or services mentioned.
Price Indication
Each possible reservation offered will display its price and indicate whether it includes VAT or any other applicable taxes. The prices shown on the screen will be the ones in effect at any given time, except for typographical errors. When the price differs for this reason, AUTNA SL will inform the customer via email before proceeding with the booking charge.
Availability
The availability of the offers provided by AUTNA SL through its website may vary depending on customer demand. Although AUTNA SL updates its database periodically, the reservation requested by the customer may be fully booked at that time. In such cases, AUTNA SL will send an email to the customer informing them of the unavailability of the offer.
Payment Methods
- VISA or MASTERCARD Credit Card
All operations that involve the transmission of personal or banking data are conducted within a secure environment, utilizing a server based on the standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All information transmitted to us is encrypted across the network.
Additionally, credit card details are entered directly on the bank’s page, at the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) and are not entered or recorded on any company server.
When paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: card number, expiration date, and a Validation Code, which corresponds to the last three italicized digits on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus providing additional transaction security.
This payment method is only valid on the website.
If a purchase amount has been fraudulently or improperly charged using a payment card number, the holder may request the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of the provider and the holder will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase was indeed made by the cardholder and the refund request was not due to exercising the right of withdrawal or termination, and thus was improperly requested, the holder will be liable to AUTNA SL for damages and losses incurred due to such cancellation.
Reservation Cancellation
Once purchased and issued, the ticket cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with current Personal Data Protection regulations, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into AUTNA SL‘s data processing system with CIF B36713089, located at AVDA DEL REBULLON 86 E 36416, TAMEIGA (PONTEVEDRA), with the purpose of facilitating, streamlining, and fulfilling commitments established between both parties. In compliance with current regulations, AUTNA SL informs you that the data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to comply with the aforementioned precepts.
Unless we are otherwise informed, we will understand that your data has not been modified, that you agree to notify us of any change, and that we have your consent to use the data for the purposes mentioned.
AUTNA SL informs that it will process the data lawfully, fairly, transparently, appropriately, relevantly, limitedly, accurately, and updated. Therefore, AUTNA SL commits to taking all reasonable measures to delete or correct the data without delay when inaccurate.
In accordance with the rights granted by current data protection regulations, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, deletion, portability, and opposition to the processing of your personal data, as well as withdraw consent for processing, by addressing your request to the postal address indicated above or to the email RGPD@AUTNA.COM.
You may contact the relevant Supervisory Authority to file any claim you consider appropriate.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
AUTNA SL also reserves the right to take civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for improper use of its website and content or for failure to comply with these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the applicable laws in force in Spanish territory. In the event of any dispute, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or go to ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard. AUTNA SL is domiciled in Pontevedra, Spain.
